Preparation steps

1.

Cut off the chicken wing tips and the other two parts with a very sharp knife or kitchen shears. Cut off the tip of the middle part and carefully cut the tendons. Slide the meat from the two bones upwards and invert. Separate the smaller bones. Follow the same procedure for the remaining bones.
