1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup Ice
½ cup plain low-fat Yogurt
2 Tbsps pure honey

Preparation steps

Place chopped mango, kumquats. milk, ice, yogurt, and honey in a blender. Pulse until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a wooden pick threaded with halved kumquats and mint. Serve immediately.
