11 ozs canned Cream of mushroom soup
½ cup Mayonnaise
4 ozs Oyster mushrooms (drained)
1 cup cooked Broccoli (tender crisp)
8 ozs Egg noodle (cooked al dente)
1 medium onion (peeled and chopped)
5 ozs canned Tuna (drained and flaked)
Celery salt (to taste)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F / 180º C.

In a 2 quart greased casserole, combine soup and mayonnaise, whisk until smooth. Add mushrooms, broccoli, egg noodles, onion, and tuna; gently mix to thoroughly incorporate.

Add just enough milk to cover the noodles. Top with breadcrumbs. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until bubbly. Remove cover the for last 10 minutes to brown crumb topping. Serve.
