Ingredients
- For the pizza base
- 125 grams Quark
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 egg
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation steps
For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in some oil. Peel and crush the garlic and add to the onions. Mix in the tomato paste, tomatoes, herbs and spices and simmer for 30 minutes.
For the pizza base, combine the quark, salt, oil and egg and mix with the flour. Leave to rest, covered, for 15 minutes.
For the topping, drain the tuna and break apart. Peel and crush the garlic, add to the tuna and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cut the olives into slices and crumble the feta cheese.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a pizza base and place on a greased baking sheet.
Spread the sauce over the base and shower with the tuna mixture. Distribute the olives and cheese and drizzle with a little tuna oil.
Place in the oven at 180°C (approximately 350ºF) and bake for about 25 minutes until crispy.
Serve immediately.
