250 grams albacore Tuna (packed in water)
1 onion
2 Tbsps butter
100 grams Mayonnaise
½ Cucumber
½ Red paprika
½ yellow paprika
8 slices Toast
salt
peppers (from the mill)
rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cut the crusts from the bread and roll flat with a rolling pin. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin strips. Seed the peppers and cut into thin strips.

Peel the onion and chop. In a sauté pan, heat the butter. Add the onions and sauté. Drain the tuna and mix with the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 4 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Put the rolled bread on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the bread. Top one side of the bread with tuna salad and top with the cucumber and pepper strips.

With the help of the film, roll up the bread.

To serve, cut the tuna rolls in half and use a toothpick or skewer to keep them closed. Garnish with  the rosemary.
