4 Tuna steak (each about 180 grams)
2 Limes (juiced)
salt
freshly ground peppers
7 onions
8 mild, little, green chili peppers
3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 slices raw ham

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish, pat dry, drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes. Peel onions, cut into rings. Heat butter in a pan and saute onions and chile peppers until soft. 

2.

Heat vegetable oil and cook fish for 3 minites per side, season with salt and pepper and rmove from pan. Add ham to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Arrange onions on plates, top with tuna steaks and garnish with ham and chile peppers. Serve.
