1 cup fresh Bean sprout
2 cups Straw mushroom
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
lemon juice (from one lemon)
3 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
salt (to taste)
freshly ground peppers (to taste)
1 handful fresh Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Arrange sliced tuna, bean sprouts and mushrooms on a serving platter.
