Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut a lid and scoop out the insides.

2.

Drain the tuna and pulse in a blender with the capers, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Scoop the tuna into the tomatoes and garnish with watercress. Serve immediately.
