1 white onion
1 Tbsp scallions
1 Tbsp canned Caper
1 lemon
salt
white peppers
1 pc fresh ginger (20 grams)
3 Tbsps soybean oil
8 toasted white bread

Preparation steps

1.

 Finely chop tuna. Peel onion and cut into very small cubes. Halve and squeeze lemon. Coarsely chop capers. Peel ginger and grate very finely, mix with oil and lemon juice.

Add tuna and onion. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Arrange tartar on toasted white bread slices and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve.
