- 300 grams turkey breasts
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 thin slices Pineapple
- 500 grams blue, seedless Grape
- 5 green Lettuce
- 20 small Wooden skewers
Preparation steps

Cut the turkey breast into 20 cubes.
Pour the soy sauce into a small bowl and season with pepper. Mix in the turkey meat and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the marinated turkey meat over medium heat for about 5 minutes while turning. Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly.
3.
Meanwhile, remove the central stalks from the pineapple slices and cut them into pieces. Rinse and halve the grapes. Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into small pieces.
Thread the meat, fruit pieces and salad leaves onto wooden skewers before serving.
