- 600 grams turkey breasts (ready to cook, skinless)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps Mango chutney (from a jar)
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into narrow strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and dry chile pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into thin rings. Add garlic, chile pepper and sugar to the meat and mix well.

Peel mango, loosen pulp and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse and dry scallions, cut green parts diagonally into about 1-2 cm thick rings (approximately 1/2-1 inch). Heat oil in a pan and saute meat on high heat for about 4 minutes, stirring.

Season with salt and pepper. Add mango cubes, mango chutney and scallions and saute for 2 more minutes. Season with lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Serve.
