Preparation steps

1.

Mix together a tablespoon of soy sauce and honey. Cut the meat into thin strips and marinate for about 1 hour in the honey-soy marinade.

2.

Roast the desiccated coconut in a wok or frying pan until golden brown. Remove.

3.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, dry and quarter. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, then remove and set aside.

4.

Peel the kohlrabi and thinly slice. Rinse asparagus, peel the bottom third and cut off the ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into 2 cm-long (approximately 3/4 inch) pieces.

5.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry turkey, remove. Put the potatoes and vegetables in the wok, fry briefly, add vegetable broth and cook for about 3 minutes. Season vegetables with salt, pepper, honey and soy sauce. Add meat and briefly heat again, then sprinkle the grated coconut. Serve immediately.
