1 Tomato
6 Anchovy

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 220°C.

2.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until light yellow.

3.

Meanwhile rinse tomato and cut 6 slices.

4.

Cut mozzarella into 9 slices.

5.

Season the anchovies with salt and cut in half lengthwise.

6.

Place the tomatoes on baguette slices, top with parsley, cross anchovies atop tomatoes.

7.

Top remaining bread slices with mozzarella and one olive each and sprinkle with oregano.

8.

Slide pan back into the oven and bake about 10 minutes. Remove and season crostini generously with pepper.
