- 250 grams sticky rice
- 300 milliliters Coconut milk
- 80 grams Palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Mango
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
- 200 grams Mangoes
- 200 grams Pineapple
- 2 centiliters Coconut liqueur
- 1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
Preparation steps

Rinse the rice in a colander and place in a bowl. Swell covered with water overnight. Then rinse off again and drain well in a bamboo steaming basket lined with a cloth. Cover with steaming hot water and steam 20 minutes.

Heat the coconut milk with the sugar and the lime juice to boiling and boil while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Take the steamed rice from the heat, stir into liquid and let absorb 10-15 minutes.

Cut the mango and the pineapple into small cubes. Mix with liqueur and vanilla.

Arrange half of the rice on plates using a ring mold and cover with half the fruit. Distribute the remaining rice on top and finish with the remaining fruit. Remove the ring and serve.
