Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, pumpkin, beets and parsnips and slice into thin slices. Rinse potato slices in cold water so that starch is fully rinsed off.

Pat dry with a paper towel. Fry vegetable slices in hot oil until golden yellow, remove, drain on paper towels and season with salt. Serve mixed in a bowl.
