Preparation steps

Peel kohlrabi and cut into cubes. Rinse cabbage, trim, remove the hard stalk and cut leaves into thin strips. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into strips and finely chop the garlic. Fry all together in hot oil in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Stir in curry paste, sauté and pour in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and simmer half-covered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
