- 500 grams Kohlrabi
- 400 grams Savoy cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps green Curry paste
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 carrots
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Peel kohlrabi and cut into cubes. Rinse cabbage, trim, remove the hard stalk and cut leaves into thin strips. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into strips and finely chop the garlic. Fry all together in hot oil in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Stir in curry paste, sauté and pour in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and simmer half-covered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice. Rinse and peel the snow peas. Add both along with the parsley to the curry and cook about 5 minutes. uncovered. Add broth as needed to adjust consistency, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
