1 pc Cucumber (250 grams)
2 Kiwi
1 Tbsp chopped Basil
300 milliliters Soy milk
salt
peppers
Carrot and tomato drink
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped thyme
250 milliliters Carrot juice
200 milliliters Buttermilk
salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Beetroot drink with kefir
150 milliliters Beet juice
1 tsp grated Horseradish (fresh or from a jar)
300 milliliters Kefir
peppers
¼ tsp ground cilantro
Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

The cucumber and kiwi fruit drink.

2.

Peel and finely dice the cucumber. Halve the kiwis and remove the pulp with a spoon. Puree the cucumber, kiwis, basil and soy milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into two large glasses and serve.

3.

The carrot and tomato drink.

4.

Blanch the tomatoes briefly, rinse, peel and dice. Puree the tomatoes with the thyme, buttermilk and carrot juice. Season with salt and worcestershire sauce. 

5.

Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden. Pour into a shallow dish. 

6.

Moisten the edges of a glass in juice and dip in the sesame seeds. Pour in the drink and serve.

7.

The beetroot drink with kefir.

8.

Whisk the beet juice, kefir and horseradish. Season with pepper and coriander.

9.

Pour into two tall glasses. Serve garnished with chives.
