For the dough
100 grams Pastry flour
100 grams Cornmeal
20 grams Yeast
80 milliliters milk
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch salt
sugar
For the toppings
100 grams Diced tomatoes
1 yellow Bell pepper
100 grams Cherry tomatoes
50 grams black olives (pitted)
100 grams Corn kernel
1 Tbsp marjoram
60 grams Mozzarella
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Combine all dough ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rest for about 1 hour. Knead again vigorously, divide in half and form two round pizzas. Place on baking sheets and spread canned tomatoes on top.

Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips.

Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

Distribute tomatoes, corn, olives and peppers on pizza and sprinkle with marjoram and cheese.

Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 430°F) for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Slice and serve.
