1 ready-made pizza dough mix (from the refrigerated section)
1 egg
2 slices ham
2 Artichoke
2 onions
1 carrot
100 grams Peas
100 grams Mushrooms
olive oil
oregano
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

Fry the onion rings in some oil until translucent. Add the carrots and mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Blanch the peas in salted water for 4 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

Trim the artichokes, remove the hard outer leaves and cut into narrow strips. Fry in some oil until tender.

Place the pizza dough on a round tray and distribute all the vegetables over it.

Shower with oregano and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the ham over the vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 475ºF) for 20 minutes.

Crack open the egg and place on top of the hot pizza. Cook for another minute until the egg is done. 

Serve immediately, along with a cold beer if desired.
