- 4 carrots
- 200 grams waxy potatoes
- 200 grams starchy potatoes
- 200 grams Celery root
- 200 grams Parsnips
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse carrots, potatoes, celery and parsnip, peel and coarsely chop. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add prepared vegetables and broth. Add bay leaf and simmer for about 20 minutes until vegetables are soft but still al dente. After the end of cooking season to tastewith allspice, salt and pepper. Remove bay leaf.

Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
