8 Lettuce
1 garlic clove
250 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and chives)
lemon juice

8 Sandwich wraps
chopped parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the vegetables. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into slices. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel the carrot and slice with a peeler into thin ribbons. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Combine together the cream cheese, garlic, and herbs. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Warm the wraps according to package instructions shortly. Spread with cream cheese and top with the vegetables and lettuce. Roll the wraps around the filling.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
