7 ozs canned Tomatoes (drained in a sieve)
4 ozs Tortilla chip (or corn chips)
1 ¾ cups grated Cheese

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.

Mix together the kidney beans and tomatoes.
3.
Divide the tortilla chips evenly between 4 ovenproof bowls. Spoon the bean mixture on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
4.
Put the bowls on a baking tray. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the beans are bubbling and the cheese has melted.
