1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp white sugar
2 ¼ tsps active dry yeast
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup Tomato sauce
½ cup cooked Asparagus (cut into small pieces)
½ cup cherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 Tbsps Caper
1 ½ cups Mozzarella (shredded)
1 Tbsp dried oregano
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground peppers (to taste)
fresh oregano (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 425º F / 220º C.

Stir water, sugar and yeast together until dissolved. Add the olive oil and the salt. Stir in the flour until well blended. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.

Pat dough into pan or on to a pizza stone using fingers dipped in olive oil.

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on pizza. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sauce. Top with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and capers. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, sprinkle dried oregano and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is browned around the edges. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves.
