6 ozs button Mushroom
4 ozs Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
3 ozs Whipped cream
7 ozs Sour cream

½ tsp dried Basil
6 ozs Gouda
4 Whole wheat buns
3 stalks Basil

1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Whisk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Drain the corn in a sieve. Clean, wash and halve the peppers, remove seeds and white skin and finely dice the flesh. Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash, dry grate and quarter the tomatoes.

Mix tomato paste with whipped cream and sour cream with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.

3.

Grate the cheese and add about half of it together with the vegetables to the cream mixture and mix.

4.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the rolls in half, put them on the baking tray and spread with sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

5.

Bake vegetarian pizza rolls at 390°F for about 15-20 minutes.

6.

Meanwhile, wash the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, chop finely and sprinkle over the finished rolls.
