Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler, and grease the ramekins with the butter. Divide the goat cheese into 4 pieces, then place in the ramekins. Rinse and quarter the apples. Remove the core and finely dice. Mix the apples with the lemon juice. Divide the apples and the pecans into the ramekins Drizzle each ramekin with 1 teaspoon of honey. Rinse and dry the thyme. Remove the leaves, and sprinkle over the ramekins. Top the ramekins with the chili flakes, and broil for 10 minutes.
