Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie

Nutritional values
Anyone who loses a lot of sweat should not only pay attention to the amount they drink, but also to their electrolyte balance. Watermelon brings this back into balance with potassium, magnesium and sodium. With its high fluid content of 97 percent, the cucumber protects our body from dehydration. It invigorates and perks us up. Mint, with its menthol, already provides a pleasantly cool feeling in the mouth. The beta-carotene from the bell bell pepper helps our skin to ward off free radicals, which are caused by intensive UV radiation, among other things.
The smoothie becomes creamier, but also somewhat richer with natural yogurt. The consistency then resembles a lassi, which is great to sip as breakfast.
