5 ozs Cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the watermelon. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the basil, and pat dry. Puree the watermelon, basil, and tomatoes in a blender with approximately 3 ounces of water.

If the smoothie is too thick, thin with a little cold water until the desired consistency has been reached. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour into glasses. Garnish with some basil, and serve.
