4 Artichoke
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp thyme
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters white wine
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the beans from the pods. Rinse the artichokes, remove the outer leaves and cut off the pointed tips of the remaining leaves with scissors. Cut the artichokes into eighths lengthwise and drizzle with the lemon juice.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the artichokes together with the thyme. Stir in the crushed garlic and wine, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

3.

Add the broad beans, mix to combine and a simmer for another 5 minutes. Arrange in a serving bowl and serve.
