Preparation steps

1.

Thaw dough according to package instructions. Rinse potatoes and boil for 20-25 minutes in salted water. Drain and let cool.

2.

Grate cheese. Rinse thyme, shake dry and remove leaves from stems.

3.

Thinly roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut out with a round cookie cutter into about 8-10 cm (approximately 3 1/2 inches) disks. Place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil. Slice potatoes.

4.

Top dough disks with half the cheese. Add potato slices and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 350°F) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
