- Ingredients
- 2 tsps black Tea
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 24 Ice cubes
- 2 organic lemons
- 2 organic Oranges
- 1 Apple (such as Granny Smith)
- ½ Cucumber
- 500 milliliters Apple juice
- 500 milliliters dry white wine
Preparation steps
1.
Add the tea to a pot and cover with 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer. Sweeten to taste with honey, and add half of the ice.
2.
Rinse one lemon and orange in hot water. Thinly slice both. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange and lemon. Rinse and quarter the apples. Remove the core, and thinly slice the quarters. Rinse the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and slice. Add the citrus juices, cucumber slices, citrus slices, apple, tea, apple juice, and wine into a punch bowl.
3.
Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Add the ice to the punch, and serve.
