- 2 Peaches
- 300 grams Buttermilk
- 2 tsps Maple syrup
- 80 grams Whole Grain Oats
- Peppermint (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Blanch peaches, peel, cut in half, remove pits and cut into thin columns.

Mix buttermilk and maple syrup. Divide whole-grain flakes and peach slices between 2 bowls. Pour buttermilk mixture over. Serve sprinkled with peppermint leaves.
