Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the radishes and slice thinly. Rinse the lettuce and sprouts and pat dry. 

2.

Toast the whole wheat bread. Divide the lettuce, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, radishes and sprouts onto the pieces of toast. Season with salt and sprinkle with chives.
