- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 12 cups fresh Baby spinach (rinsed and dried)
- 3 cups Feta (crumbled)
- 6 Whole-wheat Tortillas

1 Tablespoon, 1 Plate, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Skillet, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir for about 2 minutes, until just beginning to brown and fragrant. Add the spinach leaves and cook, stirring for about 4 minutes, or until wilted.

To assemble, divide the spinach between the 6 wraps. Sprinkle with about 2 ounces of feta cheese. Fold the bottom of the wrap in and roll, leaving the open open. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Divide between plates and serve.
