Preparation steps

1.

Toast the slices of bread. Rinse and dry the spinach.

Peel and finely chop the garlic, then briefly sweat in the whole. Add the spinach, and cook until shriveled. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then divide on top of the toast. Crumble the feta cheese over the spinach, and serve.
