- 200 grams Whole wheat flour
- 80 grams cold butter
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 Tbsps milk
- Pastry flour (for the work surface)
- 250 grams Quark
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams Sour cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 8 Tbsps chopped Wild garlic
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Wild garlic leaf (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cut the butter into small pieces. Combine the flour, butter, egg, salt and milk and work together into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and press into a tart pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic. Stir together the quark, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the wild garlic.

Spread the filling evenly over the crust and sprinkle with tomatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 60 minutes. Turn the oven off and let sit in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve garnished with wild garlic leaf.
