- 200 grams Wild garlic
- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse wild garlic and cut into strips. Melt butter in a pot and saute wild garlic. Add broth, bring to a boil and puree.

Whisk cream and yolks, add to soup and simmer gently, stirring constantly, until soup begins to thicken (do not boil). Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg. Pour into bowls and serve.
