- 125 grams fresh Wild garlic leaf
- 750 milliliters cold pressed vegetable oil (such as, sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry and place in a clean, dry bottle. Pour in the oil, close the bottle and leave to stand for about 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks, pour the oil through a fine sieve into a clean bottle.
If desired, add 2-3 trimmed, rinsed and dried wild garlic leaves.
Store in a cool, dark place.
