60 grams Pine nuts
80 grams Wild garlic leaf
150 milliliters olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Remove from the heat and let cool. 

2.

Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry, and coarsely chop. 

3.

Puree the wild garlic in a blender with the pine nuts and a little oil. With the motor running, gradually incorporate the remaining oil until a nice, thick pesto has formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
