100 grams mixed Wild herb (such as dandelion, nettle)
1 handful Edible flowers (such as Daisy, Marigold)
4 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Acacia honey
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps Safflower oil
2 Tbsps Linseed
1 shallot
1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the herbs. Remove the flowers from the coarse stems and tear into bite-sized pieces. 

2.

For the dressing mix the honey, vinegar and both types of oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Season to taste with extra vinegar or honey. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Add the shallot and basil to the dressing.

3.

Place the herb salad on a plate in a decorative manner and serve with the dressing.
