2 Oranges (peeled and cut into segments)
25 grams golden raisin
4 Tbsps Vinegar
4 Tbsps Pumpkin seed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cabbage and cut into quarters, core and finely slice. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Combine vinegar, oil and orange juice, drizzle over red cabbage. 

2.

Knead cabbage. Cut chives into rings. After about 15 minutes of resting, combine cabbage with orange segments and raisins. Arrange salad on small plates and sprinkle with chives. Serve.
