- 1 Cantaloupe (peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks)
- 2 cups red Grape (halved)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps low-fat Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
Preparation steps

Place the melon and grapes into serving bowls.

Drizzle over the lemon juice, spoon over the yogurt and scatter over the linseeds. Serve immediately.
