Preparation steps

To make the granola, finely grind the oatmeal and hazelnuts with a knife mill. Mix 800 grams (approximately 28 ounces) low-fat yogurt with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 packs vanilla sugar. Rinse 400 grams (approximately 14 ounces) strawberries, removing the green parts, and cut into thin slices.

In serving glasses, create successive layers of strawberries, yogurt and granola, layering again with strawberries and yogurt. Add some more granola on top and garnish with the remaining strawberries.
