150 grams Oats (whole)
2 Tbsps slivered almonds
1 Orange (juice)
2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
½ Vanilla bean (marrow)
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
200 grams Strawberries

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the oatmeal in a hot pan without fat until lightly golden brown. Remove and let cool. Then put in glasses. Also toast the sliced almonds in a frying pan until golden brown and let cool.

Mix the orange juice with the honey and mint. Stir into the yogurt with the vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. Trim the strawberries, rinse and slice.

3.

Distribute the orange juice yogurt over the oatmeal. To serve, top with strawberries and serve garnished with the almonds, or chill until needed.
