- 1 small garlic clove
- 150 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream (40 g)
- 1 Tbsp
- ½ bunch Chives (10 g)
Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, garlic, and 1 pinch of salt.

Stir in the sour cream and the milk.

Rinse and dry the chives. Thinly slice, then add to the sauce.
