300 grams Whipped cream (well chilled)
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp organic Lemon peel
1 lemon (freshly squeezed)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix together yogurt with lemon zest and sugar. Whip cream until stiff and fold into yogurt. Rinse fruit, pick over, peel if necessary, and chop or cut into slices.

In a large glass bowl, alternately layer fruit (sprinkling first with a few drops of lemon juice) and yogurt cream.

3.

Finish with a layer of cream and garnish with berries. Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
