2 scallions
1 Avocado
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
½ organic lemon (zested and juiced)
1 generous pinch Wasabi paste
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems, and finely chop. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions. Peel the avocado and cut in half. Remove the seed and finely dice. 

2.

Mix the yogurt with a little lemon zest, the herbs, scallions, and avocado. Mix until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with lemon juice, wasabi, salt, and pepper and serve.
