2 Zucchini (About 150 grams)
2 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 garlic cloves
8 thin slices Serrano ham

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini and blanch in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and pat dry.

Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters and then in half crosswise.

3.

Peel and chop garlic. Mix vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Cut ham in half lengthwise and spread out. Gently coat with sauce, wrap around zucchini piece and roll. Secure with toothpicks and top with garlic. Serve.
