For the zucchini patties
4 Zucchini
1 large potato (starchy)
2 eggs
4 Tbsps Pastry flour

For the sauce
2 cups Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps Buttermilk
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp mint

Preparation steps

For the zucchini patties: Rinse, trim and grate zucchini. Peel and grate potato. Whisk eggs with flour and season with salt and pepper. Place grated vegetables in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to release water. Stir vegetables into the batter. Heat oil in a pan. In batches, add small amounts of zucchini mixture. Flatten with a spatula and fry about 4 minutes per side.

For the sauce: Mix yogurt and buttermilk. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into the sauce. Season with salt, lemon juice and mint leaves. Serve zucchini patties with sauce.
