Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick (approximately 1/4 inch). Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings. Cut the bacon into strips.

Heat the oil in a deep pan. Briefly fry the bacon. Sauté the scallions briefly.

3.

Cook the zucchini and sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes over high heat while stirring until al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
