Ingredients
- For the dough
- ½ cube fresh Yeast 21 grams (approximately 0.75 ounces)
- 500 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- olive oil
- For the topping
- 1 jar algae Tartare 180 grams (approximately 6 ounces) (i.e. with black olives)
- 1 scoop Mozzarella 125 grams (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 jar Anchovy 140 grams (approximately 5 ounces)
- 35 grams greener Sesame seeds
Preparation steps
For the dough: Crumble the yeast and stir with a little warm water (3-4 tablespoons) until smooth. Sift the flour into a bowl with the mixed yeast, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 5 tablespoons of oil and about 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of lukewarm water. Knead to a smooth dough that no longer sticks to the bowl. Cover and rest about 1 hour in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Knead the dough again on a floured work surface and divide into 8-12 pieces. With a rolling pin, roll out small pizzas and put on the baking sheet.
For the topping: Spread with the seaweed tartare. Cut the mozzarella into very thin slices. Rinse the anchovies and pat dry with a paper towel before adding to the pizzas. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve to taste with green salad.
